But i'm warning you, i'm not joking around when I say that the game is addicting. I love this game, and honestly I think you will love it as well. It's hard and sometimes repetitive but seeing your character becoming this absolut unit at the end stages of the game is so extremely cool and addicting. This is the final stage of the game, and defeating the boss Blue Baby (?) will also end the saga. While holding The Polaroid you'll be able to jump inside the end chest without ending the game, instead you'll descend into The Chest world.

After defeating Isaac 6 times you unlock a new item (trinket) called The Polaroid.

The Cathedral is a heaven like realm where the boss is yourself, Isaac. After defeating It Lives you'll unlock two new worlds The Cathedral and Sheol. The boss is essentially a harder version of Mom's heart. After defeating Mom's heart 9 times you'll unlock a new final boss It Lives. Unlocking new bosses, characters, items and more. The game is hard, but after a few attempts you'll eventually beat the "final boss" Mom. If I win this will be my final game of Isaac. I'll be fighting against the Blue Baby (?) boss soon. It was a long and fun journey and now its going to end. After weeks of grinding, I finally got The Polaroid and went inside The Chest. THEN YOU CAN SHRED EVERY LAST THING IN BINDING OF ISAAC!! 1:Unlock epic fetus (complete "the doctor's revenge" challenge)Ģ:Unlock the D6 (Beat It lives/Mom's heart as ?)Īt the start of Basement/Cellar 1,look for the secret room.Isaac starts with 1 bomb,so you have a way to get into the secret room.Once you find it,if there is an item pedestal in it,reroll it.You will go through the very small secret room item pool.There is a high chance of getting epic fetus on the first or second reroll.If it already is epic fetus when you come in,DONT reroll it.If there is not an item pedestal,or you ran out of charge on the D6,you can go to the treasure room to see whether it has a bomb upgrade (Boom!,Bob's Curse,Ipecac,etc.) or a secret room finder (X-ray Vision,Spelunker hat,Etc.)If you get X-ray vision,DON'T restart.Keep the D6 and keep rerolling the secret room(X-ray makes all secret and super secret rooms open forever) and you will definitely get epic fetus!
